Eddie House returns

The Miami Heat continued to built it’s supporting cast with another piece of the puzzle falling on Thursday, when the team came to terms with shooting specialist Eddie House to a two-year, $2.8 million contract with the Heat, his agent Mark Bartelstein confirms.

House becomes the 16th guaranteed contract on the Heat’s roster.

Eddie House is a career 39% from three-point range and will help Miami spread the floor for Lebron James and Dwyane Wade.

With the help of another sharp-shooter in Mike Miller, Miami will soon again have it’s long-ball threat they’ve been missing since the days of Jason Kapono.

In his three seasons in Miami, House averaged 6.8 Points per game and was 32 percent from downtown in his three seasons.

House chose Miami over Chicago.
